A deposit is required reserve a pick on any breeding. Deposits are $1000 and are NON-Refundable.
By placing a deposit on a breeding, you fully understand that we can not guarantee color for any pick. Once the puppies are born, picks will be made in order. First pick, second pick, ect. We will NOT issue refunds due to coat colors.
In the event a breeding does not take, your pick is not available due to not enough pups or the sex you have reserved is not produced we will gladly allow you to transfer your deposit on another puppy or breeding.
Puppies are required to be paid for in full by 6 weeks of age. If at
6 weeks of age the pup has not been paid for in full, you will forfeit your deposit. If you change your mind on a pup, your deposit may be transferred to any available pup at that time, however will not be refunded.Payments for deposits may be made with postal money orders, certified bank checks, money gram, or western union. You may use a credit or debit card via money gram.
We must also have a signed sales agreement on hand before your pup may be picked up or shipped.
By signing this agreement, you understand what you have read, and understand this agreement. You also understand that Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and may only be transferred to another litter or puppy.
